Minced Turkey Rolls

Ingredients

. 1lb high grade minced turkey
. 2 medium carrots
. 1 large apple
. 1 garlic clove
. ¼ small onion
. ½ egg, beaten
. ¼ cup unprocessed natural bran
. ½ teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
. salt

Directions

1. Preheat the broiler.
2. Mince the carrot, apple, garlic and onion. And mix with the high grade minced turkey.
3. Add the beaten egg, bran, salt and thyme. Mix all ingredients together.
4. Take almost ¼ cup of mixture at a time and roll into little sausage shapes.
5. Keep it onto the broiling pan and broil for 10-15 minutes on one side, then turn over and broil 5-10 minutes more.
6. Remove and let it cool.
