The extra energy and good feelings that come along with eating healthy can be used to exercise and maintain an active lifestyle. This part is key. By having an active lifestyle, less time needs to be dedicated into boring exercises. Keeping fit requires a certain amount of dedicated exercise, however by remaining active on a daily basis, more calories will be burned without thinking about exercising. Combined with healthy eating habits, you will be on the fast track to becoming fit and healthy.
