Female fitness typically refers to female fitness is a class of weight training that focuses less on the size of muscles than body building does. Prevention includes annual exams, mammograms, and eating the right types of food. Your diet should be well-balanced. Another important part of female fitness and prevention is quitting cigarettes and drinking alcohol in moderation. |
