Exercise Ball
Workout fads come and go, and usually only stick around for a short period of time. The exercise ball however, has provided users with such a great new way of exercising, and is definitely here to stay. The exercise ball combines traditional exercises such as crunches, sit-ups, and pushups, with the need to balance the entire body. Balancing the body, while performing other exercises allows more than one group of muscles to be used. If buying an exercise ball is something that interests you, there are some ways to help find the right one for you. When sitting on the exercise ball, your feet should be flat on the floor, and your knees should be level with the pelvis. Weight is not a problem, for those worried they may pop the exercise ball. There are companies that sell exercise balls that are "un-poppable", and may support over six hundred pounds. After getting an exercise ball, or finding one at the gym, there are a multitude of different exercises available, including push-ups, sit-ups, one legged deadlifts, one legged lunges, and many more. An exercise ball will provide a unique workout experience, with many different available exercises to try.
