Some people might assume that a daily exercise regiment means joining an expensive gym, and trying to make an effort every day to visit the expensive gym. But that's not necessarily true. Daily exercise should be defined as an elevated heart rate for at least twenty minutes. This definition of daily exercise does not include stretching time or cool down time, though both elements are absolutely vital to any daily exercise routine, in order to avoid discomfort and even injury. |
