Daily exercise

Doctors recommend that everybody participate in daily exercise. Some people might assume that a daily exercise regiment means joining an expensive gym, and trying to make an effort every day to visit the expensive gym. But that's not necessarily true. Anybody can get their daily exercise without spending a great deal of money, or cutting into your daily schedule. Daily exercise should be defined as an elevated heart rate for at least twenty minutes. This definition of daily exercise does not include stretching time or cool down time, though both elements are absolutely vital to any daily exercise routine, in order to avoid discomfort and even injury.

Daily exercise can be something as simple as jogging every morning before you go to work, or taking the dog out for a walk every evening after dinner. Daily exercise can include weight training-though you should not weight train every single day. Daily exercise can also include daily aerobics, which you can do in a class, in a gym, or at home following an exercise video. To make daily exercise more fun and less of a chore, you can incorporate your entire family, or make a game of it. Daily exercise is vital to everybody's good health.
