Crunchy Wheat Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

. ¾ cup regular sugar
. ¾ cup brown sugar
. ¼ cup butter
. ¼ cup egg beaters (egg substitute)
. 1 teaspoon vanilla
. ¾ cup water
. 1 cup whole wheat flour
. 2 ¾ cups whole grain oatmeal
. ½ teaspoon baking soda
. 1 dash salt
. 1 cup raisins

Directions

1. Preheat oven till 350deg C.
2. Combine sugars, butter, egg beaters and vanilla in large mixing bowl.
3. Add water and then beat on low speed until well mixed.
4. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt.
5. Then add oatmeal and raisins.
6. Stir until blended.
7. Spread a cookie sheet with non stick spray, place the dough with a small spoon and then flatten it slightly.
8. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes.
