Chocolate Pudding Having Low Carbs

Ingredients

. 1 packet Pudding Mix
. 2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
. a pinch of salt
. ¾ cup cold water
. ¼ cup cream (sour cream or coconut milk etc.)
. 1 teaspoon vanilla
. 3 tablespoons sugar-free syrup

Directions

1. Combine pudding mix, unsweetened cocoa and salt, in a mixing bowl, breaking up all lumps.
2. Add cold water slowly, and whisk continuously, so that no lumps are formed.
3. Cook on low heat, while stirring frequently.
4. Whisk in cream, vanilla and syrup to taste.
5. Serve warm or refrigerate, covered.
